Squads Vault

DemoGroup trading vaults for Robinhood Chain

Trade together, win louder

Pool funds with friends. One leader trades memecoins and tokenized stocks under a mandate the smart contract enforces. Everyone sees every trade, and anyone can rage quit.

Pool it. Lead it.

One vault, many owners, one accountable trader. The contract keeps score so friendships survive the dip.

01 · Members

Pool it

Everyone deposits into the same vault and owns a live share of it. Balances, positions and PnL update for all members at once.

02 · Leader

Lead it

The leader places trades with a one-line thesis. Every order is checked against the mandate before it can touch the vault.

Trust is code

Group chats run on vibes. Squads run on rules written into the vault, so nobody has to take anyone's word for it.

  • Mandate in code

Asset whitelist, max position size, max slippage and a 24h drawdown breaker live in the vault contract. The leader can't route around them.

  • Rage quit anytime

Walk out with your pro-rata slice of every asset, in kind. No permission from the leader, no forced market sell.

  • Leader skin in the game

Leaders stake at least 10% of the vault and absorb losses first. They feel a bad call before you do.

  • Panic pause

When 30% of members hit pause, the leader is frozen for 24 hours while the squad votes on what happens next.

  • Shadow challenger

Run a paper portfolio under the same mandate. Beat the leader over an epoch and a replacement vote opens automatically.

  • Trade thesis

Every trade ships with a one-line thesis hashed on-chain, so calls get scored later instead of rewritten.

Questions, answered

The short version: you keep the exit, the leader keeps to the rules, and nothing on this site is real money yet.

Try the demo
  • A squad is a shared on-chain vault for a group of friends. Members deposit, one leader trades memecoins and tokenized stocks for the whole group, and everyone owns a share of the result.

Every trade, position and vote is visible to all members as it happens.

  • No. The leader can't withdraw member funds – they can only trade whitelisted assets within the mandate enforced by the vault contract, and any member can rage quit with their pro-rata share at any time.

That closes the obvious exit scam, not every risk: a leader can still make bad trades inside the rules, tokens can crash or get exploited, and smart contracts can have bugs. Only pool what you can afford to lose.

  • The platform takes 5–10% of a squad's profit, and only above its high-water mark, so nobody pays twice for recovering from a drawdown. Leaders may add their own performance fee, shown on the squad page before you join.

Network gas and DEX swap costs still apply to trades.

  • $SQDS has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 and launches via the Pons launchpad. Platform revenue buys it back and burns it.

Planned utility: staking to lead (stake size caps a squad's TVL, slashing burns), fee tiers, burning to boost squads in Explore, league entry, premium features and governance over asset whitelists and fee parameters. Stakers do not receive revenue share.

  • Tokenized stocks are not offered to US persons or to residents of Canada, the UK, Switzerland or the UAE. Squads that hold stock tokens apply the same restrictions to their members.

Stock tokens can be frozen or paused by their issuer, and stock price feeds update 24/5, so weekend prices may be stale.

  • Not yet. This site is a demo preview running on simulated data – no real funds or transactions. The smart contracts are still in development.

  • No. Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. Pooled trading of memecoins and tokenized stocks is highly risky and you can lose everything you put in. Do your own research and check the rules where you live.
